We used the secure hChoices platform to launch Motivate Lake County. Motivate Lake County helps us gather real time data focusing on at risk communities. It has become a health and wellness focal point to help improve expansion, promotion, reduce duplication, and develop a Think Tank with traditional and non traditional partners.
